SKOSHup started with two local families wanting to build deeper roots in a town we deeply love.
We have seven young kids between us, and because of them, we wanted to build more than a business. We wanted to create something they could grow up with. A place where they can learn the value of hard work, serve others, develop business skills, and give back to the community that gives so much to us.
We also wanted to create a place in McCall that feels fun, welcoming, and worth coming back to. Whether you're a local or just visiting, we hope SKOSHup becomes a delicious part of your adventure.
As a family-owned business, you'll usually find one of us behind the counter, testing new drink ideas, serving soft serve, or chatting with customers. We love this community, and we're grateful to be raising our families here.
Our name comes from the word skosh, meaning "just a little." We believe that adding just a skosh of your favorite things is what makes a truly great drink. We also believe it's often the little moments that become the ones we remember most. That's where our motto comes from.
